The Basic Features

A social network:
I always loved seeing other group houses and finding out how other people managed sharing a space between other adults.  What do you do about dishes, chores, food sharing, etc.?  Who are other people nearby that live in a similar type of arrangement?  Maybe we could share a lawnmower!

Finding a house, finding a housemate:
Who loves searching through craigslist adds for hours upon hours? Who loves knowing that you need to find something before your lease runs out?  Who loves sorting through faceless emails trying to figure out who is a good fit and who need not apply?  Not me. Why not have standing profiles year round and post when a room is opening up?

Dividing the Electric bill stuffing checks in envelopes:
Who still uses paper checks??  Why not automate the math and payment?   I want to get an email that says "click here to pay".
